Returns

Standard Items (Available from our website and which have not been altered in anyway for example by engraving etc). Please contact us by telephone or email within 14 days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be received back with all documentation and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags where applicable. Returns of Standard Items received outside the timeframe will be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge. 

Bespoke Items (Any item that has been altered from its standard form by engraving, or any other method of personalisation). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of Bespoke Items by telephone or email. We may not accept the return of a personalised item and if we do, the customer will be charged a £50 re-stocking fee and any relevant shipping and express manufacture costs. All such items must be received back with all documentation and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags where applicable. 

Please note that with either Standard or Bespoke items a refund will never be issued in circumstances where it is evident that the customer has purchased more than one ring with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one or more for a refund. 

 

Exchanges

We would be happy to exchange one Standard Item for another. Please notify us of your intention to do this by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt of the item. All items must be received back with all documentation and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags where applicable. 

 

Returning Faulty Goods

Faulty Items will only be accepted if they were delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect fault within 2 months of receipt. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.  Your statutory rights are not affected. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear but there will be a charge for this service and to cover any shipping or other costs associated with repair.
